Nissan VG33 & KA24 Side-Feed Injector Removal Tool (1996-2004)
Couldn't load pickup availability
These trucks are getting up there in age and as a result, things that haven't moved in decades are now very difficult to remove. Don't risk breaking your injectors! New injectors from Nissan are incredibly expensive to replace, and the fuel rail itself is incredibly easy to bend if you are not careful.
This removal tool solves this issue by allowing you to mount the fuel rail into a vice using the existing retainer screw holes to securely hold the rail in place, and then using a sacrificial plastic drift to lightly tap out the stuck injector from the bottom.
There is no risk to damage to the injector nozzle as it is not exposed, and the plastic drift will not scratch or damage the injector body.
This lets you easily and safely remove stuck injectors without risking breaking the old and brittle plastic bodies when attempting to twist or pry them out.
Kit contains:
- Retainer
- Drift
Does not come with hardware. Height of mounting base is 15mm, so M6x20 hardware with washers should work.
This style of injector is used across various models:
- 98-2004 Nissan Frontier (VG33E(R) & KA24DE)
- 96-97 Nissan Hardbody (KA24E)
- 96-2003 Nissan Pathfinder (VG33E)
- 95-2003 Nissan Quest (VG33E)
- 2000-2004 Nissan Xterra (KA24DE)
- 2001-2004 Nissan Xterra (VG33ER)
